What we collect

Nothing directly. This website has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no login and no payment. We never ask you for your name, your email address or your phone number, so we have no way to store them.

If you call us on 077 803 141 to place an order, we take your name and order over the phone in the normal way a cafe does. That conversation is not recorded and nothing from it reaches this website.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not set any cookies. Your language choice is part of the web address — English pages sit at bite-ohrid.com and Macedonian pages at bite-ohrid.com/mk — so there is nothing for us to remember about you between visits.

Third parties that see your request

A few things on this site are served by other companies, and loading them means your browser contacts them directly. Each one will see your IP address as a normal part of that request.

• Google Fonts — the two typefaces used across the site are loaded from Google’s servers.
• Google Maps — the map on the Visit page and the homepage only loads when you click it. Until you do, Google is not contacted at all.
• Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps standard server logs.

Links to other services

When you follow a link to Wolt, Korpa.mk, Instagram or Facebook, you leave this website and that company’s own privacy policy applies. We have no visibility into what you do there and we receive no information back about your order.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data from this website, there is normally nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. If you believe we hold something about you anyway, call 077 803 141 or ask at the counter and we will look into it.

Changes

If we add anything that collects data — an analytics tool, a booking form, a newsletter — this page will be updated before that goes live, and the date below will change.
